ever since they changed it, I cant watch anything recent at 1080p or 720p on firefox or internet explorer

I think people should upload more vids at 60fps, at least.

Kina sucks since I can't even watch youtube on Chrome.

im going to stick to 30 fps for stability reasons on a video's frame rate, otherwise the FR would be erratic

Neither could I for a time, but I fixed the problem by going to Settings > Show advanced options > uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available."

K so back to topic, I might try uploading in 60 FPS but I've been hearing a lot from others that thanks to this "new" feature, the videos look like dog shat. Anyone having this problem? (I don't seem to feel it so yeah)

I'm using chrome like the info is telling me to, and it's working perfectly fine for me.
60 fps just doesn't seem to fit Halo Custom Edition.( In my opinion.) I might change my mind with SPV3 though.

I can't go back down to 30fps now. It just felt really weird to control with anything other than a gamepad. Sure, it kind of makes some of the animations look jerky, but it's a small price to pay for looking and movement being silky smooth IMO

I'm still a noob.....but I switched from 30fps to vsync in my video settings.

And the fraps, and xfire fps readers read 61 - 60fps.

The smoothiness is praiseworthy, but gives you the impending sense of sloooowwww motion.

Did you set the framerate to "V-Sync" in settings? I set it and halo ce seems on 60 fps like your ce.
Beside, you can press "ctrl + F12" to check framerate when you play halo ce.

No,i didnt. My Vsync is sisabled and mostly my fps counter shows 80-120 fps which dont make any sense. its all about video recording and rendering the right secs and bits.
