Not sure why, but the chat won't work. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Tried using the HAC2 custom chat, but ended up crashing my Halo CE and giving me a "Gathering Exception Data" notification.

Try installing msxmlenu.msi from redist folder in your halo ce directory.
