so basically, it asks your opinion on a police halo game, i had a dream about it last night, and i thought it was cool... xD

Like a map purpose-built for the Cops and Robbers gametype? I was quite fond of those servers. I think it'd be pretty fun to have a map that was designed for that style of play.

I dont know much about your sp mapping experience but I would do more then remake them. Especialy Biohalo wich I find a bit overrated. Maby make it longer.
These are good classic sp maps to. The Halo the Custom Edition collection it comes with all Halo ce maps and the most popular will be re-imagined (coldsnap, hugeass, cmt snow grove, etc...) including firefights and singles players (cmt spv3 , lumoria, firefight descent, etc...)
