Now this is going to be my very first large scale port into Halo custom edition, and I just hope that it has half the success of maps such as Foundry. Pictures to come to lazy to post tonight.

It's... sorta ingamed. I know that's fairly vague but as I said pictures will be coming soon.

you picked the perfect map to start with. nice and simple. and all the trees can be made as scenery.

Yeah, IMO the worst map in H3.
You guys are all excited about porting mapd, but ee don't have a decent tagset yet.

What about the one from Foundry?

:3 . alongside my bsp i have been working on an opensauce based tagset. i plan to release the whole thing alongside my map. most of the weapons are just zteam weapons that have had a balance pass and some new bitmaps and shaders. so far i just have the prowler done for vehicles but the rest shouldn't be any big issue.

and the textures?
ZTeam's compressed textures were riddled with noise in the diffuse. and i'm pretty sure it wasn't intentional, i mean come on, nobody does that except bethesda.
