Funny. Very funny, wise ones. The maps that I posted were the remakes that were done for Halo Anniversary Edition. Anniversary Edition wasn't released for the PC... I'm saying that it would be nice seeing the Anniversary Edition maps ported to Halo CE with the same textures/models/etc. Kind of like people do for some of the maps in other versions of Halo. Does it make more sense now? EDIT: Forgot a map. But why? All the maps in Anniversary are essentially the exact same ones from CE.
It's like baking a cake based on a cake that was made because it was 10 years since you baked that first cake. In a sense.

Well actually, if someone could port them into CE and could get the quality of them to be about as good as it is in CEA, i think it would be totally worth having.

What P3 said, plus, the remakes have new features added to the maps as well.
Read those wiki pages. Some really cool things in the map remakes.
So... to keep with the cake comparison, don't forget that your adding new layers and more icing to the cake.
Also, don't think of it as remaking the remake. It's more like porting the remake to Halo CE.

of the remakes, timberland's was bull because it was scaled down, damnation never had rocks, eff you too 343i, and headlong wasn't in H1 so... yeah. but i would love to see beavercreek, prisoner, and hang em high's remakes. (@jesse, @killzone64, @mootjuh, @thros, dreamteam? hmm yes hmm... wink wink nudge nudge.)

You obviously don't understand English very well, they never said Halo CE anniversary was ported to the PC, no one has SAID that where the heck u got that info.?

Well, i know it's still counts as in spaceish even though it's about as big as a planet i think, but in Halo 2, the covenant holy city place had some covenant structures built into some natural environment looking places. That counts right?
