So yeah, I just got on halo CE for the first time in awhile, it seems the forums here are still very active, but all there seems to be is a bunch of servers that are now just abandoned, or (if you get this reference) like the Sierra Madre, and the servers that are still inhabited are just on vanilla maps and they cant speak english!

Download Open Sauce. You will get like 8 pages of full servers. I can't help you with the latinos though.

Have you tried this? It has many features, but in your interest, it can fuse Halo CE servers from all versions (without the use of a version changer). With that, you can search through more servers than before ;-)
