How do I take a custom animation jma and append it to the stock CE cyborg animation graph?

Compile the JMA into its own model_animations. Open the original animation that your adding too, duplicate some animation at the bottom, give it some name you can recognize.
Grab this: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=577

Inject the animation from the new animation onto the modified copy with the extra slot.

Or, use bluestreaks animation importer, get all the animations out of the one animation graph, then recompile them in tool.
