Kirby has made a statement on xfire that porting cry engine 3 is illegal and he also said "you're ripping their models" well that's funny because Kirby ripped bungie models and make them look better in OS. What the heck?

What the heck? it technically is illegal, but porting Microsoft content(rips) to Microsoft content(HaloCE) isn't illegal. |
