i am starting a new project and the ones im working on like halo effect are dead so here are all of my tags except the halo 4 ones im still working on thos but here is my tags from halo effect halo ce wars and more. note open_masseffect and HE_mars are single player maps use console to open them the other 2 are MP maps open normally.

In Halo 4, the armor pieces aren't usually very shiny. The rubber/skin suit is super reflective though.


Compare the armor pieces and the skin suit^

i think it looks better his way. (i think that u can't turn something that starts as crap, into gold) but i think his looks better than most.

The arms can be difficult because the h4 silhouette has shorter arms then the previous games.. even after modifying the geometry the wrists still break ingame.

You could do a floating pivot, akin to pretty much every halo game till reach lol. If there were a good reason to port anything from h4 twist bones would work fine assuming new animations were made. CE's weapon IK system wouldn't magically automate the helper nodes unfortunately...

what do you mean floating pivot cus i have tryed something like that and it did not work

Have you not played halo 1/2/3 lately? The lack of helper/twist bones had nearly every character use a pivot based wrist system. Do I need to get pictures to help clarify what I'm talking about? The hand is not apart of the fore-arm mesh, it sits inside the capped off part of the fore-arm, where it can pivot freely without "breaking".

I haven't, actually. I have been rounding up idiots for the final fight for Earth, in ME3.

According to my statistics, I have finished the fight for Earth about 6 times, in 3 different universes.

One time in the 22nd century, three times in the 26th and two times in the 21st.

I remember back when i first made the new shiny armer teaxture for mikes biped noone liked it and everyone complaned how it was not done right and all that. and then master noob showed us all how to make em proper.

savinpvtmike is a great animator and he worked hard on this h4 master chief V2 update
insted of complaing about broken wrist mabe if people where more thankful and
sayed thaings like wow great work and thanks for shareing maybe just maybe someone would have some inspration to fix small technical defects like broken wrists. but nope
projects are dead and tags are given away buy people who invested countless hr's of there life pouring there time in to huge projects to get no recognition. it's sad.
out of every new member I meat on here savinprivtmike it was an honer to have worked with you! thanks for shareing your tags! This will deffenetly make a great game even better!

People aren't really complaining as much as they are pointing out a problem. And while waffles could have been a little bit more polite in pointing out a solution, it isn't like everyone is moaning about it. I, for one, am more concerned about the shoulder rig being fixed from the last release.

And I know this has been said countless times before, but please use proper punctuation. Even just capitalize where the beginnings of sentences should be. For the love of god, provide some sort of cue that one sentence has finished instead of spewing forth a paragraph of run-on sentences and separated fragments.
