I'm trying out using Light maps now, but i'm lost as to what path to type in

Here is a screen shot of my tool results

My Scenario file is in this directory

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\khemet2

Do i have to run radiosity at all in Sapien before running tool light maps ?

My Scenario file is in this directory

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\khemet2

So, you know where your scenario is, why are you typing a different location into tool?...
The tool command for lightmaps takes in <scenario> <bsp index> <quality> <stop threshhold>
So, assuming your scenario is the same name as the folder its in your scenario path you gave, you enter
levels\khemet2\khemet2
( C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\khemet2\khemet2.scenario )
Then, assuming that your BSP is ALSO of the same name, you would then put a space, then khemet2
( C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\khemet2\khemet2.scenario_structure_bsp )
Then, whatever quality numberz you want (current numbers your trying are fine)
So, assuming all that information is correct, 'tool lightmaps levels\khemet2\khemet2 khemet2 1 0.001'

thanks
i have it running now
seems like it takes just as long as running radiosity, but it's not as heavy on the CPUs

i see it's best to add the bitmaps to the textures in Guerrilla after running lightmaps or radiosity.

I'm looking at that program now, seems like it adds lights to maps

I do need to know how to make my tunnels brighter, there are spots in my map that are too dark to see in. I know there has to be a better way to add light than by using Scenery light tags.

How would i go about running debug light maps, what do i type in, and what is it for ?
