I'm quite literally flying blind here since I only started learning how to mess with UI stuff today. I do have experience with HUD tagging, so I think that should lessen the learning curve significantly. Video of the UI in action with what I've made so far: http://www.xfire.com/video/5fe630 NOTES: -The font will be changed -The space you see is quite literally a giant plane with a bitmap I found on google lol-I made the little bracket bitmaps myself; they may be placeholder. -I want to add the Forward Unto Dawn (hence that thread I made requesting the model) -I already have the Halo 4 UI music in it. It loops and plays perfectly, and doesn't do that weird thing where it restarts whenever you click an option. Edited by Jesse on Jun 1, 2013 at 12:46 AM

Yeah, I noticed that something seemed a bit bland, then I realized it was the fact that the buttons don't highlight when the mouse hovers over them.
I should probably get the Halo 4 menu click sound.

The lame thing is that the final bitmaps are locked to such low resolutions. If I made an image at 64 x 512, it would take up nearly all the screen. I had to use a bitmap at 32 x 256 for that blue bar behind the text, and ingame it shows up the way a 64 x 512 bitmap would. Halo scales them up by 2x, resulting in blurry low red bitmaps, and there's no scaling which will allow me to get around that.

Like Thorolf said.. the boundary is 640x480. And there is a way to change the size of the bitmaps in the widget_definition. But i have no idea how it works, and i don't recomend to use it anyway.. Yeah, I'd love the model, however I'll take a modified In Amber Clad or the Forward Unto Dawn model from Halo 3. Hopefully someone can modify it to look all broken and such. More progress: I ditched the giant bitmap and decided to work on the sky legitimately. I still need work on the lens flare and uhh.... yeah. I'm gonna try to make it support as many projects as possible.
I still need to get the FUD model in as BSP, Tool won't compile it as a GBX model unless I delete unseen faces, because the model is 22,000+ faces.
