Look i don't think you understand how releases works around here and i don't think English is your primary language so i will try my best to make this simple.
This community is not a studio with everyone working together to release stuff. This will come out if someone who has made halo 4 weapons wants to make this or releases it to someone who does. i have an unfinished halo 4 br sitting in my tags folder right now, its opensauce only though so you'll have to make your own shaders
