Try cmt's V2 elites. I think they included a heretic armor permutation in one of the later releases.

also, he said "halo 2 style heretic elite", as in not the exact model but something like it. I have the model, but no tags.

teh lag released CMT elites that included heretic fins, although they were unskinned.

Oh yes, It's a Halo 4 style Jackal Ranger that I've made modifying the Halo CE Jackal (obviously the Helmet variant). And it's holding an Energy Cutlass

@Spiral My Elite looks better because I removed the cubemap. It didn't fit well IMO

could've sworn someone released some halo 2 elite heretics at some point...

take a better look they are h2 heretic elites just with different textures.if your to lazy to swap out the textures then by golly you don't deserve them at all.and if they are not h2 heretic elites then they are better then nothing.
