I am quitting the forum but I'm NOT done with Halo Custom Edition.

I will still be making map mods (but it will be a long time before a mod is ready, lost ALL maps I was testing [4 maps] due to a virus on flashdrive.

I will still make makeshift halo map tours for youtube/Halomaps.org

and i will play in multiplayer matches now and then.

I will only post things after this if i need help with things.

for example: how do you make the creeper scenery tags explode if damaged?

Thanks for the help if you helped me with anything.

Most of the time I lock these type of threads precisely because some people can't restrain themselves from the type of conduct you have just exhibited. I wouldn't have to if they entertained just a modicum of self restraint and refrained from making any comment. This is especially true when supposedly "nobody cares" about the subject.

There was no reason for you to post anything unless you were lying in your assertion that it's a thread "nobody cares about". So either you didn't care and just wanted to be a total dick to someone or you did care and just couldn't help yourself from posting something offensive thereby exhibiting just a normal amount of dickishness. In either case you have proven a lack of self restraint, and bad behavior that I felt needed to be addressed.

And to the others jumping on the bandwagon: don't.

Obviously you don't understand it. If you understood it you would never have posted in the first place and you would never have made another account just to act out again. This is not about what I do or don't lock it is about you acting like a boorish little child posting something insulting and uncalled for in a thread you yourself claimed no one should care about. It is about your behavior. This discussion is not about anything else but the fact that you were acting like a school yard bully and being called on it.

Good luck Tape City, I'm also leaving this forum for awhile. I'd like to return when the Minecraft section is up, hopefully by that time some of the members here will have consumed a good dose of maturity and positivity.

recoverd legend of fs and checked it for corruption (map is 100% working)
other 3 maps are gone.

Lacking any context body language or inflection the thing you said was not funny could not be construed a comedy and now sounds like you are trying to justify not only to others but yourself what is bad behaviour.
