very nice concept, and I think it's enough detailled as it is now, it's a covenant gun.
But I dont like the scope/magazine thing everyone is sticking at the top... Those covies rifles shape are a bit too mainstream D:

But where are all the details?
I think that's the only problem with vergil's concept art.it would be nice vergil to add some details.

I think it's honestly fine. The modeler can than add the detail he/she pleases with his/her own artistic vision. Same with the bitmapper

Well, you can only do so many round Covie-style shapes without making it impractical for use.

the books weren't kidding about artist's perception of other's work :U
other than a lot of chunkiness (the side coolers could have some sharper edges) and the barrel not making sense, it is a pretty good start.

also, the side parts are kinda 2 separate purple plates >.>

I'm only 14, for the record.

And the barrel isn't really a barrel, it's more of those prongs that the PR has.

I can never see the proper model of p3d. Just a silhouette. Anyone know how to fix this?

Doesn't take a full-grown genius to produce a good design.

well, age does not equal experience; young people can easily learn how to model, whereas older people can't even make a simple character. it's all dependent on the person.

Well,I am just sayin' this:

You don't have to be older than 14 to make a good design.

(Not saying that your designs are bad)

Example: Altheros

Although it may not matter what your age is for content, it seems appropriate to say the older you are the better content you produce. 16+ has produced probably some of the better content recently. Just out of experience most likely.

As he gets older he'll make even better art/models. It's just that simple

Not sure what classifies as young, but I'm about to hit 20 pretty soon.
I think it is true though; once you hit a certain age, you usually start producing better stuff. It may just be an increase in attention to detail.
