Can someone explain to me what I've done wrong? I have no idea how to troubleshoot this.

damn... exceptions can be really annoying becasue they dont say much whats causing it. Does it happen when you compile any other models?

never had the exception myself so not sure, it stopped on building portals, do you have portals added, if you do test compiling, without linking the portals.

I can compile other maps, and there are no portals in my map. It's just got one material with +sky and a ground texture. There's only basic terrain and the sky, which adds up to 24556 vertices. It takes about 30 min to export.
