open that sound in audacity, then change project frequency to 22khz and split it to mono. ofc you would have to recompile it.
AAAnd fix that crosshair sequence.

If these are ripped from the default Halo maps then you shouldn't get this error.
Try re-extracting the tags or download the tag packs from this site
None the less this shouldn't really effect anything if you don't fix it. Your map failed to compile because you don't have any tagspace left in it. Ala there are to many tags in your map.
