I replaced a few shaders and cubemaps on accident and now I have a few problems.
what should I replace with the originals to fix this?

You have some corrupted bit maps. I believe sapien shows this because it loads from your tag set, however, when you compile a map, tool uses some bit maps from the bitmaps.map file, making it seem that you have legit bitmaps.
