Hello.I have an error in guerilla when I tried opening my custom weapon sound.
Here are the pictures:

I used audacity to turn the sound file into .wav.

Any solution for this?

You need to run it through Tool first, to convert the .wav to a .sound file.

place it somewhere in data folder and then in tool write "tool sounds <your wav directory> ogg 1" and it will create sound tag in tags folder, same directory.

Only works if you google,
EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\tag_files\tag_groups.c,#3157: #4 is not a valid sound_permutations_block index in [#0,#4)

But to just help him I would do this. :D
