So as some of you may know(or not), i'm redoing the old valhalla map by SlappyThePirate. It had phantom BSP problems, vehicle physics problems, glitches, needed shader work, scripting work, ect ect. Slappy did a great job on the map, he just got warn out before all of the errors could be repaired. So I've been patching it up, and i'm closing in on a finish. Right now i'm stuck on fixing the phantom BSP. The main problem is that I'd need the model, and the halo ce BSP model extractor doesn't like the BSP. So all I've been able to get out of it is the un-textured model. No unwrapping coordinates, no textures, nothing.

I've remodeled\re-unwrapped the bases and wall, but i'm having some trouble with the terrain. I have the model and textures, all i need is for someone more experienced with unwrapping then i am to take these two assets and put them together. If you're interested then i'll pm you a link to the model and textures so you can do it. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to help me with this, and you will be given full credit for your work per-release of the map.

Just out of interest, are you using OS, or stock Halo for this, grunt_eater?

@haloextreame117: Stock halo, i can't run OS and neither can a lot of other people :P The map will be stock, because i can't see any asset of the map that would require OS scripting or whatever. And, although the graphics upgrade would e nice, as stated some people wouldn't be able to run it. Lol.

Nope.
Every computer with a legit version of Halo can run OS. And illegal Halo can too, but I'm not speaking about that on here. Sure, your graphics card might not be able to support some of the graphics upgrades, but OS itself can still run, with what you can't run disabled. If you need help getting it running, add me on Xfire, I know the code well and I'm happy to help fix any problems.

Not to be offensive, but that's not the case with me. Every time i install it halo ce exceptions, mr. "thefiresythe" helped already. He gave me a ton of different versions of the d3d9 whatever file that is injected into CE's directory with OS. Each one deactivating another feature. Until all of them were disabled. And still it exeptioned. It's my graphics card. Systemrequirmentslab says i'm not even supposed to be able to run CE. It's my computer, and the bloom, motion blur, other graphical upgrades that come with OS that my computer can't handle. But thank you anyway for the offer, sir.

I know, I've seen the issue tracker log for it, and noticed quite a bit that firescythe didn't test for. I've got OS running on a windows 98 machine before. There's practically no computer that cannot handle it.

Were you referring to yourself or the other people posting, other than the OP?

I'm running 7 and, quite frankly, the reason i can't run most modern games is because they're graphics are too high. And OS installs those newer graphics upgrades to CE. Every time i try to run other games with bloom, high poly, motion blur, ect ect, it does the same thing. As said before. It's my graphics card, ram, and so on.

PS: Slappy never said that. After completing the map he kind of disappeared. I've tried PMing him, talking to his friends, xfire. No response.

PPS: I'd love it if someone could get me the textured BSP. Or teach me how.
