I like them, it'll help newbies get familiar with making maps (including me)

You need to remove edges after welding sections like that together? Shh, no wonder I've had no luck with BSP models.

Using top view, move them together really close then select the vertices and weld them. You can also use Edge connect but it's not as accurate imo.

Or you could place the pieces and leave gaps between them.
Border select the sides and "bridge" the gap, if that suits your needs better.

They're nice, but they're too simple in my opinion. If you're conserving polygons or triangles, you should use these. If you have a low-poly map, you should try adding more details to these hallways, or just make new ones from scratch.

To be honest, that looks like a bunch of simply extruded polygons, with a bit of chamfer and "Hinge from edge"

Woah awesome release ! Lol SERIOUSLY, they need a lot of work, it's a newbie job. Make more details, and not simply extruded some polygon and chamfrein them !

Just an simply exemple. That just a human style architecture ! Very simple :

Lol most of that looks like simple extrudes and chamfers too.

LOL. That's simple , clean, and ready to set it in game. That not a simple extrude. Created with a little concept art, not finished right now. Oh and it's just an exemple, you can do cool bsp with simple methods.
