I cant get halo dev mode to turn on i press the page up button that says on and it doesent work it still says off on the box and doesent work ingame

step 1- go to your icon address, and at the end add -console -alldev step 2- press ~ to go to console in game step 3- go nuts

With the devmode app, you can freely activate and deactivate Halo Custom Edition's Developer Mode. The bare minimum to take advantage of the devmode toggler is having -console at the end of your target. (Because devmode is enabled using the app itself)
To run -just- in Developer Mode(for testing stability and things like that: Internet play is greyed out) you also add -devmode to the target

I found out the reason its cause it cant find halo ce do you know how i can get it to find it???

i removed the pirate version of halo ce i already bought halo and when i open up alldev it loads up a billion screens saying cant find halo i dont know what to do also i installed the correct halo ce version thing got the update tried both halo alldev installs the 1.0.9 and 1.0.8

that's normal if you are running windows 7
just start up halo from the x86 program file list, then once you get the UI screen, exit to the main window and launch from there.
alternatively, go to the icon shortcut, and under icon address add "-console -alldev" with out quotes to the end, placing a space between each item so that it will look like this:
...halo.exe -console -alldev
