i have made many models and tryed to get them ingame, i woud have been the first to port the halo 2 albatross into ce but i could not create the gbx model tag, now ive started porting halo 2 stuff again but i still cant create the gbx model. there are no open edges or overlapping vertices in the model and debug txt gives no error i just gives me this in tool
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition>tool collision-geomet ry kzcm\scenery\h2\cov-watchtower Couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map' ### ERROR failed to create intermediate model 'kzcm\scenery\h2\cov-watchtower\co v-watchtower'.
in side that folder there are two files called collision, and models.
kinda funny that i have been putting this off since i started modeling 4 years ago

ive never had this issue before but the model seems to dissapear as soon as the marker is off the screen, what is the fix for this
also it seems to think that the frame is the collision model because in-game i walk up to it and i walk through it until i reach the position where the frame was placed
