Im desesperated. I tried everything. All my models are in editable mesh, except the frame. this error came since I imported a structure from the map A10.

Anyone know wtf is the problem?

Ty for the answer, but Im not a beginner so i dont think the problem comes from there. I have almost 50 id material and they are all named. All faces identified too.

Then check again.

Make a duplicate max scenario to test your bsp for export. In the duplicate max scenario, use only one material for the entire bsp and apply the material to cover every single face. From there, try to export.
If it exports successfully, then you know that you have leftover faces to assign materials to.

What I did to test that: I selected every materiel ID with the material selector in the lil tab, and clicked selected and hide. I did that to all of them, and when it was finished, I tried to select faces in the empty screen, but no one were selected. That means I have no face that are not named... :(

If you're not willing to try the method I posted above, then I can't help you. Usually this error is a material error.
