well... the title says it all... ive tried everything i could find on the internet to fix it but its not getting fixed. the checksum on both the gbxmodel and the model_animation are the same

I cant think of anything else that it could be.
Double check that the .vehicle/biped/weapon/w/e. is using the gbx and model_animation that you think they should be.
Sometimes you can forget to add one to the .vehicle/biped/weapon/w/e.
Check by opening the .vehicle/biped/weapon/w/e. and opening the gbx that it uses and also the model_anim, at the same time, make sure its as you think it should be.

now the checksum is the frame, frame guns, frame seat right?

oh ok i found them and there different but guerilla wont let me edit them... there like locked in

yes but if you save maniacs image and zoom in on it you can see he is using korman00V2,
that's a altered version of guerilla which lets you do things that are locked in the original guerilla
that comes with the hek.
