Even so, I agree with your intentions - it's important to be capable and independent. But any resources that've already made should be easily accessible, should the maker so desire or if it would benefit the community (i.e, yes - rips) - like, Reach textures should be uploaded to misc tags or whatever. In fact, I may do that if I ever manage to recollect all those old textures. You know, vehicles, weapons...... I know there was a reach texture pack but that was only scenery/bsp textures I think.

I have a library full of different Reach bitmaps, some of them even edited and all. I have over 10-12 reach maps in my folder and have sadly ripped them like a bish. Also, AlphaSigma, get a new keyboard, your's seems to FUBAR'd since you cant ever go without CAPITALIZING EVERYTHING I THINK YOUR CAPS IS BROKEN!

maybe you have an old version of the program as you should be able to save the textures as .DDS or .TIFF. well that's from what i can see. Edited by ally on Apr 29, 2012 at 05:52 PM

I have a library w/bumpmaps and diffuse maps for pretty much all vehicles and weapons, and most scenery, though I lost some of my sky/rock/spartan textures... :(
Hey SigmaNova, if you want I'll give you what I have so you can put a pack together for this lovely community. I was planning to release this weekend, cos people were asking, but yeah, lost a few textures. (So far it's 0.6 GB). Also, if you have any Reach pelican textures, Spartan 1337 needs some.

Here's a few vehicle/weapon textures and stuff. I still need to sort out character/scenery textures, and hopefully dig up a few more textures. As you'll notice, I'm simply trying to make a collection - I didn't rip all of it myself, for example waffles posted the plasma launcher textures found in the link, and Cheddars ripped quite a bit too. I know I'm making a big thing of ripping, but I'm just crediting should anyone be outraged to find their files in the folder. So yeah, anyway. http://www.mediafire.com/?wciimt8i64zh1lj
