i'm downloading this as i type, i really liked your beta and i loved your animations, glad you used my hangar bsp i made you though credit wasn't necessary. but i cant comp-lain XD.

Much of that bsp was just copying and pasting what you did so credit was given lol
Also I didnt...fully...playthrough the map versions. I just made sure the loading of each rally point loaded and they did so if theres something wrong in them let me know

I really don't know why that flood combat form is there... he never has shown up before It seems like a lot of people are getting this bug but I cannot get it to occur for me. Were there any other bugs occuring, ala not being able to use the pause menu? Did you go through the cave or around the side in echo? Did you start from beginning or load a rally point? finished with the standalone yelo, lot to do in the base, pretty awesome, tough to find the chess pieces, woot I get a br as a reward, I saw 2 unkillable gold flood combat forms in the boss battle, nice cutscenes

Judging from your picture it's the elite needler. The only elite needler that appears right there would be the one that spawns in the cinematic in delta.
I've removed the flood needler in that cinematic and will look in the scripts to see what else I can do during that cinematic.
I hope to have that fixed before Dennis updates. But for now... I don't really know what to say. I'm sorry, really. It's really disappointing to me how a bug so obvious got in and no one caught it until release. (I still can't get it to happen for me).
You can always just restart the map right when the boss battle starts and load the last rally point for now.

I actually didn't encounter the flood problem, but there was a bug that caused it so the final entrance wouldn't become an objective. I ended up driving around with all enemies killed for about 30 mins before i just reloaded the level.

THis was really great Matthew, the only issues I had had were a few too many cutscenes in the beginning taking control away from me and the fact that Mass Effect music was used so much. Some of you have left feedback already on this, but what are some things you'd like to see in a sequel?
Things you don't need to tell me: -More side characters. The side characters have so far received extremely well and I wanna do way more with them in the future -Better Voice Acting. Since I will have the dialog script written before the map production it should be easier to get back in touch with my actors if I need extra takes, ect -Custom BSP/Less linear missions & objectives. I plan to use more and more custom bsp throughout my future projects and I hope to make them way prettier

Dratt, I noticed that the polls might be set up wrong, which might be messing up your results..
I tried to rate this map as a 9, but it keeps thinking that I voted it a 10 instead. If this is also happening on your other polls, then that might be why.. o.o (Still, I enjoyed it a lot, nice job especially in the details at the Lawson base :D)
For Extermination suggestions... I'd like to see more variety with the setting and missions. I guess it's an inherent problem with basing a map off of a Multiplayer map, but running around the same boxed canyon gets boring after a while (especially if it's a really familiar one like Danger Canyon). Don't get me wrong, you did the best job I've ever seen to spice that place up with custom encounters and that shielded bridge. But... unfortunately, there's only so much you could do.
What I meant is, most of your encounters can be separated into two groups: the kind you waltz into your next firefight, guns a-blazin', and one where you drive by and shoot down the Covvies/Flood as if you're a gangster in the Roaring Twenties. (The biggest exception is Rally Point Charlie, where you could snipe and you actually had to look in more than one direction to find and snipe your enemies -that's why I liked that part best. The end of Echo doesn't really count, since you just had to hug the entrance into the structure the whole time) I'd love to see more dimensions (i.e. -getting bombarded by Banshees, fighting on a bridge or balcony, flying a Banshee or some other aircraft...) and just something... creative, I guess.
You've shown us in RP Alpha that you can make an intriguing story. I don't think it'd hurt to give us an intriguing firefight now? ;)
PS: I wonder what it'd be like to be a civilian criminal during the events of Halo...

the new MAP part 2 version has been updated on my website. I hopefully fixed the bug. I'm uploading the new YELO version and that should be up in 1 hour 30 minutes.
That's the only thing I fixed (attempted too), so if ya don't wanna download a newer version, you aren't missing out

Next step once I get everything working on my computer again (wiped everything), I have to A. Portent II it up B. Test gameplay ideas I have C. Write the script & layout BSPs D. Get script & layout feedback E. Make script & layout modifications F. Start BSP modeling G. Start encounter/hsc work
I'm gonna just say it'll take more than 1 year to produce. But I will make an announcement about it when I'm ready. I literally have nothing at the moment.
