Did you run lightmaps? Are you texture sizes the power of two?

That is your lightmaps, now you must apply shaders with bitmaps referenced to your bsp to show your textures.

Do you know how to compile bitmaps? You have to first compile bitmaps using tool and then reference them within a newly created shader_environment tag, then reference the shader_environment tags into the bsp.

Thanks for fixing the picture, yes i know how to compile bitmaps, and i can probably figure out how to refrence stuff now


lol i couldnt find out how to do the shader stuff i'm getting back into all this stuff and I know i've done it before, I just can't remember... :(

Have you applied a material to the model in 3ds max? The name of the material "slots" should be the same as the shader file name.
Look in the HEK tutorial that should have come with HEK for exactly what to do...
