hi i am making a map and when i went to compile it it gave me a list of errors. when i imported the .wrl into max to find the errors it came up with a rectangle of open edges around the outside of the map so i deleted it and exported it. but when i went to compile it again it said i still had open edges so i went back and the rectangle was there again so i deleted it again. it keeps coming back.
does anyone know what to do to fix this?

Importing the WRL file only creates representations of the errors to show you where they are. Deleting them will do absolutely nothing to fix your map. You will need to look at your map and fix the open edges on the model itself.

Select all the verts on your map/box, weld at 0.01, re-export and compile. Also, are you converting to mesh before export? do it.
