hey so if you have seen any of the videos for combat evolved anniversary, you have seen the firefight gameplay of "installation 04" and i just wanted to bring to light the fact that this would be an incredibly easy map to make with the tags available on this site. so if anybody is up for it i think it would be an awesome way of replicating the gameplay on the pc :) if anybody is up to it.

Okay well umm send me a build of the bsp (in map form plz) that's even remotely playable (pm it to meh plz) and ill get started rite away :] w texmod as long as you don't change the textures in your bsp mine will still be aplicable. This way I can go ahead and do graphical work as while you wrk on gameplay :]

This Firefight map in Anniversary is enough for me to buy the Edition alone. The fact that you can now have AI allies in Firefight is extravagant and there is so much one can do in that space. I'm so glad 343i decided to fund this side of the project!

It is NOT very hard to come up with way more interesting firefight designs and levels, it actually surprises me at how much people lack in doing so, and still stick with the bleak and boring firefight type from H3:ODST without much, or any, variation.

I'am not a fan of the cmt spv2 textures. They look good but its not a good design for a covenant or foreunneur structure. BUT THE CMT IS BACK guys and the spv3 project will be look awesome ! :D

And don't use CMT's textures on that thing. The forerunner stuff only looks good in the tunnels and bridges.
Anyway, if ur modelling that, how about you make it interesting? How about, where that blue beamy thingy, where it comes from should be a tunnel.And if you drop down, there is a passage to the side. So, in between the beamy thingy, you jump down, go through, and come up behind ur enemies?
Also, how about...
Wait, is this gonna be sp, with actual waves? If so, at a specific wave, the beamy thingy stops firing,like, for that entire wave, and soldiers can come up through? That'd b annoying.
