So yeah every time i i place a vehicle it's fine. It's fine when i get into it. The problem occurs, however, when i try to exit it. This is driving me insane and i want it to stop. ARG!. Anyway can someone tell me a fix or am i just being stupid. Hope to hear back soon

Make sure you have an exit animation for the seat type.

I'm pretty sure it's collision. I remember having an error a really long time ago where the game would exception when I exited a vehicle.

I'm pretty sure I was just agreeing with you. It helps for people asking questions to get a second opinion.

Well, the exceptioning clearly isn't random, as it only happens when you leave the vehicle. Therefore, I would imagine it's rather predictable.
Something tells me this error may be due to a problem with the collision model, as collision models have been known to cause problems of this description. It may be a good idea to put the collision model tag under closer scrutiny.
Best of luck to you in your future vehicular endeavors.
