How I can convert a .max file to a .gbxmodel?

You must use a jms exporter. If you have 3ds max 6-8 you can use blitzkreig, if you have 9 and above you must use bluestreak.

Once you have exported to a .jms file, you must use tool.exe (part of the halo editing kit, or HEK, for short) to compile it. There are several tutorials in the tutorial section of the website:

I'm sure one of them has what you need.

It says that there aren't actors. When I put and linked it, it says that there are too many actors.

1. make sure you are linking it to an object named "frame" without parentheses.

2. make sure there's only one object named "frame" without parentheses.

3. try unlinking the model and re-linking it to frame.

Ah, remember that I'm creating a vehicle model not a map model
