I'm almost positive some of this is wrong. IIRC, the new sounds are ripped from MW2 or fpsbanana, and edited by Broke himself. Gamma was the one who ripped them, though. Also, the actual model assembling was by Broke as well. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just played it. Actually liked it. The encounters seemed a bit... IDK. Iffy. I just feel there's something missing.
Really liked it otherwise though. Real shame it wasn't 100% finished.

For the SMG, I suggest you guys take my raw animations from the first page and use those ones since the ones Jesse has are probably old. Not sure, I'd know if I saw the throw-grenade animation.

i really enjoyed the map, the last guy was cool, he was tough, jumps around like a psycho, i like him. i liked the weapons, cut scenes and the audio especially, great work guys, really left me wanting another 5 levels!

I kinda like this map. It does give you the choice of NOT sneaking around but being an ODST, charging forward into covenant front lines will be suicidal. This is especially true if you are playing on legendary(and if your not...HaHa Pussies!!!!!!!!). Eventually, after a few deaths, players will finally use their brain and try to find holes in the covenant patrols. If you are study their movements and are stealthy enough, Legendary will be easy.

As for complaints, the map is buggy. It saves checkpoints everytime you die which is just...bleah. Albiet I have never encountered that loop bug before.

Bugs:

Quick questions:

Is there any ammo meters or weapon icons out for this?
Is the total rounds loaded supposed to be a t 16 or 26? Subterfuge has 26.
Is the aim reticle only supposed to be crosshairs, or a circle with crosshairs?

The only hud that was made for this is for the H3 hud, which will be released soon.
I might also make a meter so it works well with the Halo 1 default HUD.

The total rounds is now 16 because I wanted to configure the tag for multiplayer use. It takes 8 shots to kill a spartan, giving you a total possible kills of 2 with one mag. 26 seemed like waay too many.

The crosshair is now that four pronged one because I like it. You can make your own or stick with this one. Also, the one I released is a little more balanced, the shots begin to spread out after you fire a few rounds.

Just played the map, it was pretty cool. I liked how you had to destroy the one HEV pod to create a distraction, but it took me a while to realize you had to do that...

Would have been nice if there was one other survivor perhaps, and you and the sniper went looking for him, and then got extracted by a pelican or something.

But hey, I cant complain, at least you guys released it.

My original intention was to actually have either a linear story (like we had there) or multiple objectives involving investigating the crash sites of other ODSTs. There still are 2 or 3 crashed drop pods around the map, but Gamma just went with a quick linear objective that took you straight to the end, with not much emphasis on the original "open world" style gameplay I wanted.

Hello i have a one dude of this project

I remember that I announced this project was not 2 years ago
Well, the small but good structure, good weapons and good intro but I expected more.
Because if E3 was a project as the minimum would have to be lumoria longest history and good animations and cutscenes.

But the rest is well made you recommend it took 2 years or 1. Good map XD

This map actually took maybe a week or so to put together, less than I believe. After that we barely touched it if even at all. It was just a map Gamma put into CE3 so people thought it was this big giant project we were working on but really, as I said, this was barely anything. What's funny is that there are about 10 - 15 other maps like this. Counting all the Spec levels Gamma made and the Target maps and even the ones with the smart AI. Don't forget the beavercreek map with the Red VS Blue war.

None of those were really ever completed though.

The way it works is that once you're spotted, it'll initiate you losing. For whatever reason you're pretty much automatically spotted if you take the center route, so you have to go to the left.

It's not difficult. When you get like, 100 [distance] away just go left and approach it from that direction.

u gotta "create a distraction". so u gotta jump off the bridge, kill the cov hangin around the drop-pod and then blow up the drop-pod with the charge, then u can move on to the next part without the elite bonking ur fellow soldier on the head.

Even though it's protected, couldn't you rip the .scenario with eternal lighting?
Then find the right tags for that scenario.
