Could you elaborate more on this loading a bitmap when you zoom in? Do you mean with scripts or is there something in the tags that I'm missing?

It's based on tagwork in the .weapon_hud_interface. More specifically, it's tied into the static overlays section of the tag (very top) and controlled by the multitex overlays section just below that.
If you're talking about the actual crosshairs, I just add a crosshair (visor) that's huge and takes up the entire screen, then I just set it to disappear when zoomed in. It's also in the .weapon_hud_interface. Edited by Jesse on Jun 25, 2012 at 03:18 PM

We got a very, very rare type of storm (something called like a 'deka', not sure), but basically this thing was like a sideways tornado. It literally blew like 5 giant oak trees in my yard down (some were huge and a 100 years old), bringing down wires and telephone poles. It also smashed my mothers SUV, and just nearly my neighbors house. Combined with no electricity and the extreme heat we have been getting, its been a very stressful week lately. Last night was the first time I slept in my own bed when it wasn't 90F in my house.

I was up in my room on 100 Degree day when the A/C wasn't set and it ended up being at least 85 Degrees according to the Thermostat. I could hardly think the air was so stuffy and hot. I can't imagine how that is up there besides thinking it would be something like camping during a heat wave. Good to hear everything ended up alright though.

Quote: --- Original message by: waffles i was one of the lucky people to get their power on sooner, as opposed to the people who are still out of power, never seen any kind of storm like we had :/ im in Virginia btw. i was out of power for around 3-4 days. luckily we were close to a substation so AEP worked out from there when they got here.
GRAB A GENERATOR IN CASE THIS HAPPENS AGAIN.
we were lucky we had one, every hardware/appliance store was out of generator stock on the 2nd day.
it was 90-100 degrees throughout the weekend into the week :L Yeah down here we just got a storm that knocked our power off a few times. Thankfully, Georgia has some pretty good Power restoration services, not to mention sturdy as all get out, so people usually get their power back on pretty quickly. 3-4 days is just ridiculous though. I can't imagine it going on for a week.

That.. is why I don't live near a coast. Silly hurricanes and shtuff.
Good luck to y'all getting back on track and yer power back. I recommend surge protectors and a UPS for your machine if you have a desktop. Both can usually be found at places such as BestBuy. Also grab a nice 24" fan while your there. And a can of compressed air. (For the freon. That stuff is COLD.) And obviously drink ze water. And make tape back-ups. Or really any type of backup.
Slightly back on topic, I am curious to see if this project has progressed at all.

It was not a hurricane, just some rare type of storm that developed very quickly and caught most off guard. I also do use a surge protector built into my strip cord.
And the project has been progressing, and I hope it continued to while I am offline ( Internet should be back by tuesday).

I would just like to say... You're PM was quite.... Interesting... Were it worded differently I might consider posting it. As it were, I will simply add it into the archive of "interesting" PM's. Less on that and more on else. ANYWAY. Quote: You over react to things too much. All he said was that is why he don't live near a coast and he recommend surge protectors and a UPS for your computer and also hope that you guy's power comes back on. (|: |) And that they should get a fan for the heat. However, that pretty much sums it up. As I said in my PM reply, I was asking if progress had been made since Higuys power and internet and stuff were out. But apparently you choose to read everything I post as a disparaging remark. (Which in this case for once, it actually wasn't.) And you l0d3x are the only one on the team that I am not liking. (That I know of anyway.) I was also really close to doing this: http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/venting.png But yeah. That is all. E: Actually I don't like Edwards (Just his voice), or 'vancebo that much either. So don't feel alone l0d3x. Edited by Skidrow925 on Jul 8, 2012 at 05:15 PM

At this point, no one is contributing anything. In an effort to steer the discussion back to something vaguely Lumoria-based, can we expect any new ambient wildlife, like the quadwings and butterflies of ep. 1?

Hello everyone. If you missed CE3, here was shows finale, Lumoria Episode Two! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMp3S-bejr0 Along with this epic trailer that came with that epic show, here is the full size poster/box art that Conscars, the sky artist, made for the project. As I write this, Lumoria Episode two is finally slowing down. The map is fully playable, and the things left to do with it are numbered. Like we said during our interview with the show, you can expect to see Lumoria fairly soon in the next coming weeks...

It was the voice acting. Besides sounding unprofessional, the actual audio is probably uncompressed and un-filtered.
