There's a better app than this, its called Halo Dev Controls. Not released yet. Here's a list of what it does:

Teleport any player to another player or anywhere on a map if you have coordinates for it. (soon to be fixed to add them easier)
Give anybody super speed
Suspend people so they cant move at all.
Letterbox Hud
No Hud
AllDev for Halo CE
Enable console
Wireframe Hack
Bottomless clip
Infinite Ammo
Deathless Player
Rider Ejection
Give anybody Invisiblity (Works for client, only for your eyes only. Same with host, only you see yourself invisible and other players cant see camo on you. Soon to be fixed.)
One shot kills
Medusa
Super Jump
Enable a Xbox Controller
Fog
Fogplane
Boost anybody on a map. ex: /j p0 0 0 100 (It would move you up 100 Feet in the air, easy for glitching on to cliffs)
Enable AFK, ex: /afk p0 (It would make you AFK, You die and dont respawn)
Team Switching (Switch anybody to blue or red team)
Give anybody Health/Shields
Kill any player in your server (Doesnt work yet, but it will be soon.)
Send a message through the server, ex: sv_say "Blah blah" (soon to come)
(p0-p15 = Player #'s in the server)

I am not trying to be critical or argumentative in any way, I am just curious: if the application is not available yet then why did you post information about it? Again I am not trying to start a flame war, be judgmental or anything I am just trying to understand the thought process of posting information about a application that is not completed or released.

I swear I saw this advert before...and this guy isn't the one who advertised it in the first place. If he was, you'd think that he'd take the time and effort to make a thread title that we can all understand.

In other words, I think the OP is wondering where he can download the program advertised in his first post.

Google translate is fine, it's just that it translates formal spanish, and nobody actually uses formal spanish. It's the same as when we say "gonna" or "c'mon". Those words don't have a literal translation. Plus, it doesn't help that he probably has bad grammar in spanish to begin with, which leads to the bad translation.

discharge lmao

discharge can translate to descargar in spanish, which in turn can translate to download.
I think he's asking where the download is for the program he posted.
