Well...First off, just from reading other topics I can tell there are allot of people who like to take craps on new guys that don't have as much knowledge as they do and I want to say if you have NOTHING to contribute to helping me then don't even bother posting.

I want to learn how to make FP animations, In general, I want to be a public FP animator for the community and do things such as requests, etc. but since I have no clue were to begin-I need guidance to were I can get such applications and tutorials to even start my journey :) If you can tell me that would be great!

Get 3ds max, then talk to ODX, Broke, teh lag, etc. All good FP animators and can give you a few tips probably.

A pack of FP Arm models: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=5285

How to set up a FP IK Rig: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpdIP91iSq0

The best FP animation tutorial I've ever seen:
http://www.mediafire.com/?32mzmy33etp - Hand positioning
http://www.mediafire.com/?93mdbt9dyn1 - Shooting animation
http://www.mediafire.com/?8s0mc32qxul - Reloading animation

Also going to toot my own horn and plug the (inexcusably unfinished) tutorial set I've been working on (for the past year):

And lastly the "Animating with Teh Lag" series. This will probably only be useful once you become more experienced but I think it's still worth something:

Good luck.
