Well, since i hadn't seen a post like this one before i figured i might as well start one. The subject of this is simple: List screen names of known aimbotters, the maps they are known to play, and ways to deal with them. For example:

Nipple (bloodgulch) - I tend to use vehicles against the little bugger, banning seems to have no effect (IP ban doesnt work anyway), most if not all admin codes seem to not work on him including player freeze, the kill command, and certain teleport codes (this one just seems to get him more kills than anything else)

So... anyone is free to post screen names, or vouge for any names posted provided they can back up their claims with witnesses. All others, please post ways to deal with these guys (they are getting really, really annoying and are killing multiplayer for everyone).

I don't think there is such a thing as IP ban for Halo 1 as all the bans (should) use your CD Hash key to keep you off the server. Most likely your little botter is using a cracked .EXE or a fake CD Key to avoid your bans. (Version 1.00, much?)

Side-note: I'd like to know those commands (aside from sv_ban) - I haven't exactly had the time to surf through the miles (overstatement) of commands for Devmode. Send them to me via PM.

Also, vouge isn't a word. I think you meant "vouch".

Oh, and while I'm at it, I'd like some form of proof of this botter you mentioned, as well. Words can only go so far, you know. Pictures would be nice, but video proof is even better. Just saying.

You're just fighting a losing battle against aimbots. Besides they would laugh at your futile efforts.

There's almost no one on this site good enough to even know how to identify a bot anyway so this thread is pretty useless!
