Taking a break

So how many of you guys have Youtube accounts that have CE videos on them?

I'm thinking of making a Youtube account called Xoronatus. I would post gameplay of projects, gameplay of other games, like Halo 2 or something. I might do ViDocs in 3rd person with my voice edited to sound cool like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2BzLf2jwIM or maybe like this guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJ2v_FNo8iQ&feature=related

Mine is TheCerealKiller5. Don't have too many vids up yet, but I hope to start a series of SP map reviews (Let's Play style).

If you do make an account, you'll have to link it to a Google account, and you can't post videos longer than 15 minutes.

ANYways, I was planning on posting a vid, but it was too long (10 min over the limit >:U). UBEChief117 is mine.

Which is my main Youtube channel that I use for Halo-related things, and I also made this one a while back: http://www.youtube.com/user/HaloVideoTutorials

Which is a compilation of most (if not all) of the video tutorials on HaloMaps. It also includes some other random tutorials such as the Beretta 9000 modelling tutorial.

^ Yeah, YouTube did tell me that some of the older members who've had "Director" accounts can still post videos past the 15 minute limit. But damn, I wanted to post my first vid there, and was forced to go through MegaVideo instead >:U

A: False, you do not need an old director account to upload videos over 15 minutes long. Both of my Youtube Accounts MatthewDratt (Created Oct 24, 2009
), and HaloCE3Live (Created Jun 11, 2010) can upload videos up to 4 hours long. I have no idea how these accounts got to be enabled because A. CE3 has had copyright notices, and B. CE3 isn't even one year old.

^That was what I got when I tried to upload my (25 min) video to YouTube - and my account has been active since 2009. WTF.

So, Matt, try and create a brand-new account with a e-mail address that hasn't been used for YouTube at all, and see what happens when you try and upload a vid that's longer than 15 minutes.

CE3 does indeed have copyright notices. I can tell. I logged in.
And CE3 and MD both run email adresses way after the 10 min limit

You said your account has been active since 2009. CE3 Was made in June of 2010 with copyright notices.
Yes I realize its not for everyone; but you dont have to be a 5 year old director
