Question is in the title. I'm thinking about making the final covert ops mission to finish the e60 branch. It would be on Extinction, and have big vehicles not seen in sp, like mythos and scarab. However, I like people to enjoy what I create, so I want to know if there's interest in this.

The map isn't really "tactically designed", per say, to be a sp map.

Use Chronopolis or however it's spelled, make it nighttime and have silenced weapons. Bam, you have your covert ops.

The big dudes will have a harder time seeing Till and not to mention you will have more places to hide. Plus, it gives you a reason not to be spotted. The encounter in E50 just doesn't seem fulfilling. This is the guy that had killed Till's entire team so a snipe to the head just seems inappropriate. I want to kick this guy's butt real hard. I'm redownloading the scripting bible as I type. And you're absolutely right elefant. Covert Ops is a horrible name when only 1 of the 6 missions is stealth based. He takes those maps we're familiar with and completely revamps our way of playing them. He makes it feel new again, or at least lets us experience them in a new way. It would be great for something like Long Night of Solace with the Sabre in Reach. If you could actually design and make a good encounter for air combat. It would be new and cool, nobody has made an air encounter tht I've seen, let alone a good air encounter.
