I have seen the Halo 2 fuel rod in some maps before, but I am not sure if a Halo 3 fuel rod exists in Halo Custom Edition. Maybe try searching H2 fuel rod or h2 flak cannon.

so, what map? all the halo 2 maps have every weapon but the fuelrod.... at least so far

I believe that there are a few with Flak Cannons (Fuel Rod Cannon is Halo 1 :x), but they're all protected >:|

i thought halo 2 was fuel rod and halo 1 is plasma cannon, but yeah anyone else?

The first one I can recall is Extinction - but that's a crap version - not to mention the colour is wrong :|
I do remember a few other maps with good versions of the Flak Cannon, but I can't recall their names -_- |
