guys whenever i use the tag extractor my display driver stops responding, im using windows 7 os.

Admin rights? Compatibility? I changed my compatibility to XP Pack 3 and it works fine.

still aint working... if this helps my vid card is nvidia geforce 7300 se/7200 gs.
i did what u said about changing the compatability and also run as admin

graphix cards have nothing to do with this, as far as I know atleast...

I'm running windows 7 x64 bit, and I have a similar problem. Don't right click on the tags, that makes HEK+ crash for me. I just drag the tags I want over to the extraction list.

Right click on the Icon you use to start HEK+ select Properties > Compatibility Tab. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows XP Service pack 2 then check Disable Visual Themes and Desktop composition then apply. That should take care of the issues with Vista and Windows 7.
