It does indeed look like a reticle. Those are rough draughts? I like the 1st one better, but i do not like the colour or sharp corners. oh and i dislike the umm, dungens and dragons? font and text effects. Edited by Maniac1000 on Apr 19, 2011 at 09:16 PM

The purple makes it feel like a silly "cute-purply-pink bunnies are running around" while the player shoots grunts map. Make it like a fiery red and orange. Something that fits the tone of the map more.

As an update, I have done a lot of work on the map. You just can't see it, because Mooseguy already did 90% of the things which are visual and can be screenshotted. In the interest of time I may cut a few things that I consider minor from the to-do list, as they would take more time than I have to spend on the subject.
As well as a few features relating to the loadouts. If people can think of any powerups we can do that are outside of the halo 3/odst/ Halo Reach powerups I'd be glad to add them to the list.
The grav lift won't be happening unless someone can send me one that actually works. Jesse had one, but it failed pretty hard apparently. So far we have the bubble shield and trip mine- there's room for 2 more.

It's not going to be as awesome as i'd like it to be but i've spent a ridiculous amount of time working on the map and testing it.
