Hey guys for some reason the arrows when I go to the move tool are not there and it only lets me move indisriminately on whatever viewport axis I am working on. I assume it is because of my hitting ctrl and something, but I do not know what I could have done to turn it off. Anyone know?

haha yeah, this happened to me once, so I just screwed around with my keyboard pressing random buttons, until I fixed!
