also is this an indoor map,or outdoor?

also when you ran radiosity did you save it?

What is indoor or outdoor map?

Yes, I save radiosity everytime

EDIT: Its a ghost town (Outdoor map)

I tried, and good news, I found my back... but the map is completely BLACK!! Theres no Sky, Just a Purple and ugly Sky

You never once said that you ran lightmaps in tool.
DO IT.

No, you said you ran radiosity, which is done in sapien.
What happens when you do the lightmaps in tool, like i said. Does it compile the bitmaps/lightmap?
Paste the lightmap command after it has ran.
Did you edit the sky?

have you tried using a different sky?
and you for sure have +sky faces set in max?

UPS! I forgot th +Sky faces! :) thanks but now I discovered a new problem!! :S the problem is that when I make the map bigger in 3Ds Max I have a tool error of overlaping faces, and when is tiny I don´t have that error

if you are scaling the whole object, and getting the error, you could try:
selecting all verts and scaling them up.

but the problems are more than likely going to need fixing, overlapping faces are very easy to fix.
just delete one face then "cap" the border.

Ok fixed! Now about the +Sky, the problem is that :S I didnt create the faces for the +Sky! :S ¿Can I create a new BOX and link it to the main frame? Or I need to extrude some polys of my map?

either works.

If you get an error after linking new box to frame and exporting.
link the new box to the main level then link it to frame.

I got the textures, No! :S the problem is the overlapping surfaces... the map just have 2 overlap surfaces! ¿how i can fix it? And yeah I have my .wrl file opened

find the orange marked areas.
delete the overlapping face.
select the border(hole) remaining.
click "cap"
if needed create a couple new edges on the capped faces.

Basically theres no overlapping surface, actually the face look normal, not laggy or with other face between... When you say "CAP" I have to convert the model to editable poly?

editable poly has more tools to use and is better in general.
just convert back to mesh before exporting (you can export as poly if using blitzkrieg)

I had the black screen problem when I changed the radiosity to 0.9 in tool and had to get a new copy of the bsp to fix it :(

why? all you had to do was delete the scenario file and the scenario_structure bsp file.
then you would just re-export your map through max/gmax.

I replaced the black bsp with the normal bsp to populate it etc. then leave the lightmaps till last

yeah,leaving lightmaps to the end before you go into sapien is the way forward.
