i tried to find out where is the console inside Halo custom edition but i could not , can anyone tell me how to do it?
i want to play project lumoria

Create a Halo CE shortcut (on to desktop for easy use).
Right click, properties.
In the target bar, there should be Halo CE's location.
At the end of the bar type " -console" and hit apply or ok.

Please note i added a space incase you didn't already have one in the target.

When you are at the Halo Main Menu, hit Pg Up and type: "map_name tmc_a"

Lumoria will start. This goes for any SP map, once downloading the map do "map_name *name*"

Sceny's method requires you to restart Halo in order to access multiplayer.

Just press the Page Up button, it will turn on Devmode. From there, press the tilde (~)
There should be a little pink/purple thing in the bottom left corner that says "halo (" or something similar.
That is where you type map_name tmc_a
