Where Do i Place Vehicle tags like Longsword tags?

From the top of the Tag section:

Quote:
Section: Download Files Halo CE Vehicle Tags

Tags are the game Assets such as scenery objects, weapons, vehicles and the like. Each object's information is contained in a "tag". These tags CANNOT be added to existing maps (*.map files) and are only used during the map creation process. Tags MUST be compiled into the maps during creation. Refer to the HEK tutorial for additional information.

The makers of the HEK did not anticipate every single folder you would need. If a folder doesn't exist in the data folder, create it.

You won't need to use the data. The data folder contains the source of the file, such as the raw exported data from max. The TAGS, on the other hand, are in your tags folder. Merge the provided tags folder with your own tags folder.
