Okay guys, here's the deal
I just got Halo Custom Edition. I'd love to put modded weapons/vehicles/tags into existing halo maps. I am completely new to this stuff, so I have absolutely no idea what i have to do to do this. I would like to get exact instructions on what software i need to download and links to where i can download it. I also need exact instruction on how to import weapons into maps etc. Thanks! |

I was a newbie not too long ago too:
Alright to get started you need: Halo Editing Kit http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=411 Halo Editing Kit Plus http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1489 Look up some tutorials on this site or youtube such as: Putting Tags into the Map http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1523 Putting AI (a little more complicated stuff) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxWYgZfxMa0 (one of my starting tutorials) Hope this helped Xoronatus Edited by Xoronatus on Feb 3, 2011 at 12:10 AM |
