I have 2 Other Topics about this, but i have been waiting for weeks, i seriously need help!
This Is My First Map and plan to make more! But Here Is The Story: spent weeks trying to find gmax, downloaded chimp and HEK and Hek + and all the other requirements, then
i started to make the map making my way through all the steps WHICH CAUSED ME ALOT OF PROBLEMS D: Then I Came To Sapien, I Checked the Debug File and I have Been getting closer to Fixing and some times getting lead away from this problem, I have windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit version, I have Tried the compatability Problem Solution AND IT DOES NOT WORK! I Tried redoing the tags, AND IT CAME OUT WITH WHAT IS BELOW THIS -----\/-------I am about to go insane, first of all i am trying to keep people paranoid in my clan, Trying to figure out why: ODST NICK's rpg_islands_np are giving me an exception every time i try to play it i have redownloaded it 8 time but it IS RIGGED I really need Help with this PRoblem Double Time and Asap!

When I open It asks me to Select my scenario, i do that and waits 2 secs, goes full screen and then closes

did you put the 3 in like race,ctf and all but race and ctf.
also did you put plasma nades.

i placed: no plasma nades
type 1: all
type 2: none
type 3: .....etc

im really not sure, i had this problem some time ago and im trying to remember how i fixed.
just to check are you running sapien in xp compatibility and running as admin.

in tool type structure levels\example\example .jms

.jms is the name of your jms file and the examples are the directory its in.

Your even lucky i released this beta, early in it's development. i put my own special protection on the map, so you CANT rip it. note how all the tags say "Created by ODST_Nick". that's my protection i put on it, and ripping it is impossible, so stop trying, your going to FAIL at it. my final, i will release an unprotected verson a month later. that's why your tags keep corrupting, because of my protection i put on it.

did you try to put a halo in your map cause it is corrupt and your pelican and your amrine.

are they from other maps

The error is flat out there. it says FAILED TO LOAD TAG (then a root directory in quotes)

That means your missing that file, and you need to get it back. if you cant, then simply go into guerlla, change the root directorys to the files that pop up in red, or open your .scenario, and delete ALL the tags. (Hint, when cleaning out the scenario, DELETE THE OBJECTS ON THE MAPS FIRST, THEN THE PALLETE. IF YOU DELETE THE PALLETE FIRST IN GUERLLA, IT WILL CRASH.)

Done that and now get this and i am able to enter sapien but only to find my sky looks like the ground instead of a sky

i was using the "INFINITY.SKY" but its using the ground instead of sky, no i havent used HEK +

are you using 3dsmax or gmax.

when you made the map in your 3d whatever in the material editor did you call your sky material +sky.

well thats your sky problem i think. im not to good with gmax but in 3dsmax it HAS to be +sky.

Sorry dude. It has to be +sky, because that is a specific material name that tool looks for when building the bsp. Some with all other things, like +portal, etc.
