That's what tool is for. Open tool, then type, tool model [path to your model]

You dont open tool. You copy cmd.exe from C:\Windows\System32\ to your halo Ce root directory. Then open that cmd.exe and type tool model (location of model in data folder)

If your on Win7\vista you'll need to right-click on both tool.exe and cmd.exe and give them admin permissions (properties->compatability->run this program as an administrator) and then once you use the model command (tool model {Directory to model}), it should create the gbxmodel file in HCE\tags\{Directory to model}. Thur.

in the command do i put in the name of the file and if so is it a space or a \
No, the name of the file is not need, just end at the folder before it (make sure its in a folder called "models" so it would be lets say "tool model vehicles\coolpwnthingimade") Hope that answers your question.
