I mean with like stationary bipeds in an area away from the actual map,I would Like it to be similar to Zanzibar ME http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=2186 I (i wish i wasn't) a complete n00b at this kind of stuff, I just don't understand this kind of stuff, by stuff I mean the string of programs used to edit/create Halo CE maps

Yes but I don't know the different tags and such. Oh wait I can probably find them on the site.

There shouldn't be any program. Based on what I read, you just place some bipeds and compile the map. I'll probably do this sometime. What bipeds were you looking for?

I was looking for elites, grunts, hunters, and jackals. and (if possible) covenant vehicles on one base rather than human vehicles.
